Today we're highlighting Scott Smith, a dedicated Shar Systems employee for over 30 years. Scott started at Shar in 1990 as a draftsman and has worked his way up to head design engineer through his skill and commitment to the company.
Scott puts his full effort into understanding customer needs and thoughtfully designing innovative solutions to meet those needs. Even after 30 years at Shar, Scott approaches each new project with creativity, diligence, and care. Scott's long history with Shar makes him invaluable to our team. He deeply understands our products, processes, and customers. We appreciate Scott's hard work and dedication throughout his 30+ year tenure; he exemplifies the Shar spirit!
